While I might not be a familiar face to our partners, I'm usually the first person a new colleague meet at Intracare. My name is Eveline, responsible for Human Resources at Intracare.

The HR department is the beating heart of every organisation when it comes to people. HR is recruitment and selection, employment conditions, training, career development, and also the careful handling of sensitive and personal employee matters.

HR is more than rules and forms. Finding the perfect match is not about ticking boxes on a CV. It's about real conversations, not only with new talents, but also with my current colleagues. I get energy from what drives people and discover how their talents can reach full potential. I think it's important to keep the conversation going. Our growth story is literally unfolding in front of our eyes. Across the street, we can see our new state-of-the-art facility being built from the ground up. This expansion will open doors for new and current employees.
