Dans notre laboratoire à la pointe de la technologie, un solide programme de tests de contrôle de la qualité est effectué. De plus, des analyses de recherche sont effectuées. Le laboratoire comprend un laboratoire de physico-chimie et un laboratoire de microbiologie. Tous les paramètres cruciaux du produit sont analysés avec des techniques modernes, par exemple : HPLC, AES et PCR. Dans notre laboratoire, nous avons cinq employés dévoués.
At Intracare, innovation is one of our main drivers. To launch innovative products, many research is required. Our R&D department always responds to the latest developments in the market. That is where the research of a new product starts, the demand from the market. The R&D departments starts brainstorming how to fulfill this demand. After brainstorming, the formulation-stage begins. Subsequently, appropriate in-vitro determined and conducted in the laboratory. In this stage, good corporation between R&D and the laboratory is essential. When the in-vitro results are satisfactory we can continue with clinical trials. These clinical trials are, most of the time, conducted at commercial farms in the Netherlands. We collaborate with multiple disciplined (pig, poultry, cow) farms in our region.
When products are launched to the marked thorough research is conducted to assure optimal efficacy of all products which are launched. This in combination with high quality products result in optimal solutions for farmers all over the world.
